Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Coordinate conference calls and manage shared calendars.
  2. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring messages are directed appropriately and responded to promptly.
